Now I am aware of how twitch is not strict with the 24hour clause and it's implementation so people just end up uploading the content immediately, but the clause is still a violation of the Affiliate program agreement, And just like the wave of DMCA takedowns that recently happened on Twitch regarding copyright music, this can be happening from Twitch enforcing the clause and get multiple strikes on your YouTube channel because of the clause Violation.
